THE CONSTELLATION
PROTOCOL

Acess limited. By application only.

A private strategic clarity intervention for founders, executives, and investors
operating in complex, high-stakes environments.

You have the
Vision.
You lack the
Architecture.

Most people who arrive here are already functioning at a high level. Their challenge is not lack of intelligence, ambition, or information. The challenge is holding too many viable paths at once.

Each option is defensible. Each carries opportunity and risk. None is clearly wrong. As a result, decisions are postponed, revisited, or made provisionally, while the underlying complexity continues to exert pressure.

Externally, performance remains strong. Internally, the cost shows up as cognitive load, constant simulation, and the persistent sense that a poorly framed decision now would quietly shape the next several years.

What typically happens in these moments is one of three patterns:

  • premature closure around the most emotionally available option

  • indefinite deferral justified as "keeping options open,"

  • or decision-making by exhaustion where commitment arrives only after the alternatives have decayed.

All three produce regret, though the regret reveals itself at different time horizons.

By the time the cost is visible, the decision window has usually passed

The work is designed to interrupt this pattern before it resolves poorly.

What the Constellation Protocol does ?

The Constellation Protocol is a focused intervention designed to impose structure where complexity has exceeded the capacity of internal processing.

Its purpose is to reduce a complex decision environment into a clear strategic orientation that can be acted on without second-guessing. The work does not involve motivation, therapy, or extended advisory. It is designed to interrupt the moment where options multiply faster than judgment can resolve them, and to produce a decisive frame that restores orientation.

Once the intervention is complete, you move forward independently, with clarity and constraint.

This work is not designed to replace advisory relationships, coaching engagements, or consulting processes. It exists for a narrower purpose: when time horizons are long, stakes are asymmetric, and the cost of misframing a decision outweighs the benefit of additional analysis. If your situation requires ongoing guidance, domain expertise, or operational support, those needs are better served elsewhere.

PHASE 1

The Extraction
(90 min)

1) We begin with a single, extended strategic session. This is a disciplined extraction of your current reality: constraints, pressures, incentives, decision horizons, and points of tension. The session is structured around identifying what is actually driving hesitation—whether that is misaligned incentives between stakeholders, unacknowledged resource constraints, competing identity commitments, or simply the absence of a forcing function that would otherwise clarify priority.

PHASE 3

The Installation
(Activation)

3) We then reconvene for a final session to stress-test the map and lock direction. This is where ambiguity is closed deliberately. You leave with a clear operating orientation and a decision filter you can apply immediately. There are no open loops by design.

PHASE 2

The Architecture
(Constellation Map)

2) Following this session, I step away to construct your Constellation Map™. This is a structured strategic artifact built from the material extracted in our conversation. It translates competing pressures into a clear hierarchy: what is central to your actual decision horizon, what is peripheral and should be deprioritized, and what must be actively ignored despite its apparent legitimacy. The map also identifies the specific decision dependencies that are creating bottlenecks—where one choice is secretly waiting on another, and where apparent complexity is actually just poor sequencing..

This work exists for the specific moment when the question is no longer
what could be done, but what must be decided.

How the Protocol Works
The engagement unfolds in three tightly scoped phases.

THE
INVESTMENT

CHF 3'500

Most clients recover this value through avoidance: a project not pursued, a misaligned commitment declined, or a decision made cleanly rather than revisited repeatedly. The cost is modest relative to what most executives carry in deferred decisions—partnerships that should have been ended, hires that should have been made, products that should have been killed.

The fee reflects the scoped nature of the work and the decisional weight of the moment it is designed for. It is not a payment for time, but an allocation intended to eliminate strategic drift when the cost of a misframed decision would compound.

Application Only

I work with a maximum of 4 clients per month to preserve depth and precision.
If your situation fits, you’ll be invited.

Every engagement begins with an application.
If your situation fits the scope of this work, you will be invited to proceed.
If it does not, I will tell you directly.
